The B&B Santo Spirito is located just 10 minutes walking from the city centre, the railways station and the university, just few steps from the bus stops to Cortona, Siena, Perugia, Sansepolcro and the city centre.

It is an apartment with a large living room, kitchen and two rooms; singles, doubles twins or king size bed, both with satellite television and radio/cd player.
In the biggest room, on request we can add one more bed.

A shared bathroom with shower.
Self-service breakfast, kitchen use and laundry machine use, all inclusive in the rates.
