The B&B Santo Spirito is located 10 minutes walk from the city centre as from the railway station; few steps from the main bus stop to Cortona, Siena, Perugia, Sansepolcro as the city centre.
It is an apartment with a large living room with a kitchen.
Two singles, doubles or king bed rooms with satellite television and radio/cd player.
In the biggest room, on request, we can add one more bed.
A shared bathroom with shower.
Breakfast, kitchen use as laundry machine use are included in the prices.

Il Borgo di Capannole

The Borgo del Castello di Capannole, lying in the wooded hills of the Valdambra, is located between Arezzo, Siena and Florence, just five minutes by car from the railway station of Bucine, and easily reached by bus.
A charming medieval complex, it is testimony to the countless generations that have lived here since the 1200s. Registered as an Italian Historical Dwelling, the structure has been carefully renovated using original materials and techniques approved by the Ministry of Cultural Heritage.

The Borgo, with accommodations for as many as 15 persons, has two guest apartments:
"il Tono" and "il Giorgio"

The Leccio: it is near to the swimming pool, in the highest part of the bush, with a nice small garden.

The Olivo: it is the first floor of the main house, the old farm, where the owners live.
